We are currently running its as a B&B and have been for the last 4 years, prior to that it ran as a very successful restaurant and bar

The Henri IV is located in the medieval village of Segur-le-Chateau, department of the Limousin, South West France.

The village of Segur-le-Chateau is a designated"Beau Village".

"Beau Village" is awarded to the most picturesque villages in France.

The Auberge is set across 3 floors.

The Top floor consists of 5 En-Suite Double Bedrooms, 3 to the front of the property facing the village green and river beyond.Then 2 bedrooms to the rear of the property.
The bedrooms are accessed from a beautiful stone tiled landing area.

All 5 Bedrooms have been refitted within the last 2 years to a very high standard (see attached photos).

On this floor is the Laundry Room and Linen closet which services all the bedrooms.

The middle floor of the property consists of:-

A large Dining Room/ Lounge currently set up as a Breakfast Room for the B&B.
It contains several Sofas, tables, chairs and buffet stations, seperate WC and wash hand basin.
The room overlooks the Village Green, River and century old Plane Trees.

Fully equipped commercial Kitchen. All appliances and worktops are Stainless Steel. It has 2 large commercial fridges, 6 ringed gas hob and oven, 2 dishwashers, storage racks and all the equipment needed when we were running the restaurant and bars.

Ajoining the Kitchen there is a bar area with fireplace.

The bar is fully equipped with beer pumps, fridges and a small under counter sink plus all glassware and bar equipment.

The bar can be accessed from both street and Dining room.

A large Dining Room and Bar with corner Kitchen with direct access to the Terrace and Village Green.

The Bar is fully equipped with beer pumps, fridge, freezer, double sink and all glassware.

To the rear of the Dining Room are 2 Storage Rooms.
They are currently used to house the hot water tanks, additional fridge/freezer, glassware, tables and chairs, beer pumps and cooler.

The Terrace is at the front of the property enjoying privileage postion overlooking the village green and river.

The Henri IV is being sold as a "Turn Key" currently with this years B&B order book and goodwill.

The Restaurant which has a capacity of 120 covers and Bar areas can be immediately resumed if desired.
